Our aim is to build bridges between Finnish companies and international professionals already in Finland. Instead of just being a recruiter, our clients see us more like corporate cultural diversity & inclusion enablers. We mentor our candidates during the first year of employment in order to ensure that expectations from both sides are managed, cultural differences are clarified, and other unforeseen moments are dealt with. Our approach

 

We work hard to attract skilled, talented international professionals to match the needs of our customer organisations. When we know the profile or profiles your organisation is looking for, we make sure to present you with diverse candidates that match your requirements. Once you have met your candidates and made your selection, the candidate or candidates will be hired by Pointer Potential for the first year. During which the candidate or candidates, will get supported by a mentor. After the year, the employee or employees can be employed by you.

During the first year of employment, we mentor our candidates in order to ensure that expectations from both sides are managed. We can also tailor a mentor programme according to your needs.

Coaching

We tailor coaching programmes based on specific situations and needs, both for small groups and individuals. We also coach expatriate spouses. The coachees benefit from our expertise, skill, and experience applied to their unique challenges, strengths, and vision for their life.

Who are the candidates?

We are very proud to say that our candidate pool is one of the most diverse and high-quality in Finland. Our candidates represent more than 30 ethnicities with about a 50/50 split between women and men. More than 60 % have a Bachelor’s degree, 30 % have a Master’s degree and 3 % a Ph.D. across various business areas and industries. In additional to English, several of the large language groups are also represented with many multi-linguals and also some Finnish speakers.
